• By submitting this RSVP form, you agree to the following terms and conditions for Valentine’s Day Event

• Age Verification: All attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Entry will be strictly prohibited for individuals below the legal drinking age.

Conduct and Safety:

• Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

• Individuals in an inebriated state may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises at the discretion of the organizers or venue management.

• A zero-tolerance policy is maintained for drug use or possession, and violations will result in immediate removal and may involve legal action.

Entry Policies:

• Entry is subject to the venue’s rules and regulations.

• Guestlist entry will operate on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to venue capacity.

• Late arrivals may be denied entry, and re-entry may not be permitted.

• The organizers and venue management reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual deemed to be causing a disturbance or violating terms.

Security Measures:

• Security procedures, including frisking, are mandatory and remain the right of the management.

• Dangerous or potentially hazardous items, including but not limited to weapons, knives, firearms, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments, are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.

Liability:

• The organizers, sponsors, performers, and venue are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

• Attendees are advised to secure their belongings as neither Season One nor the venue will be liable for misplaced items. A Lost and Found desk will be available for assistance.

Photography and Media:

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. The organizers retain the rights to use this content across digital and print media.

Code of Conduct:

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Harassment, violence, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

General Terms:

• The organizers and venue management reserve the right to amend or modify these terms without prior notice.

• Admission to the event is subject to the Right of Admission Reserved (ROAR) policy, and decisions made by the organizers or venue are final.

• By completing this RSVP form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
