End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a comprehensive legal agreement between you ("User") and Wagwan ("Company") governing your access to and use of the Wagwan application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This EULA constitutes a legally binding agreement between Wagwan and the User. By using the App, you:

  • Affirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

By selecting "Accept" during registration or use, you confirm that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to its terms unconditionally.

2. Central Policy: Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Wagwan is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all users. As such, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

2.1 Definition of Objectionable Content

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes or incites violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Harassment: Repeated and unwanted contact or communication intended to intimidate, threaten, or demean another user.

  • Explicit Material: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or graphic content.

  • Illegal Activity: Content that promotes or involves illegal activities such as drug use, violence, or hacking.

  • Abusive Language: Use of offensive, vulgar, or derogatory language.

2.2 Immediate Action Policy

Users who post, share, or engage in objectionable content will be subject to the following actions:

  1. Immediate Removal: All objectionable content will be removed as soon as it is identified.

  2. Account Suspension: Users responsible for posting such content will face temporary or permanent account suspension.

  3. Reporting to Authorities: Severe violations may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

2.3 User Responsibility

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Refrain from posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior.

  • Report any violations you observe to Wagwan using in-app reporting tools.

  • Acknowledge that violations of this policy will result in swift and decisive action, including permanent account removal.

3. Grant of License

3.1 License Scope

Wagwan grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for its intended purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of any aspect of the App, its code, or related intellectual property.

3.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

  1. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the App’s source code.

  2. Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

  3. Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to others.

  4. Circumvent or disable any security or technical features of the App.

4. Community Guidelines

4.1 Respectful Interaction

Wagwan fosters a community built on respect, inclusion, and meaningful engagement. Users are encouraged to:

  • Share content relevant to the group or topic.

  • Respond constructively to discussions and avoid inflammatory language.

  • Report violations promptly using in-app tools.

4.2 Escalation Policies

Severe violations may result in:

  • Immediate reporting to local authorities.

  • Legal action, including pursuing damages caused to the platform or its users.

5. Content Ownership and Moderation

5.1 Ownership of User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By sharing content, you grant Wagwan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display, reproduce, and modify your content.

  • Distribute content as part of the App’s functionality.

5.2 Moderation Policies

Wagwan employs a combination of automated systems and manual reviews to:

  • Identify and remove objectionable content.

  • Notify users of policy violations.

  • Prevent further breaches of community standards.

6. Privacy and Data Security

6.1 Data Collection and Usage

Wagwan collects the following data:

  1. Personally identifiable information (PII), such as name and email.

  2. App usage metrics for performance and user experience improvements.

  • Excluding indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
